With a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, she has worked as a career counselor, psychotherapist, and trainer and consultant in interpersonal and organizational communications. As a seasoned facilitator with expertise in creating a safe environment for productive discussions of difficult issues for both individuals and organizations, Dee is dedicated to improving the lives of the clients she works with.
